What is your typical production lead time?
For standard products and colors, the lead time is generally 15-20 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all order details. For custom colors or larger volumes, the lead time may be slightly longer, and we will provide a precise schedule upon order confirmation.
What are your main export markets and payment terms?
We export globally, with strong experience in markets across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Southeast Asia. Our standard payment terms are 30% T/T as a deposit before production, and the 70% balance before shipment. Other terms like L/C at sight can be negotiated.
