After the writing board is removed from the machine, the paint film thickness is tested to ensure compliance.

A chalk eraser test is performed on the green board and blackboard.

A whiteboard eraser test is performed on the whiteboard pen.

A methyl ethyl ketone wipe is performed 100 times to ensure the paint surface remains intact and unsoftened, verifying the paint baking temperature.

A colorimeter is used to verify color uniformity across each batch.

A brightness meter is used to measure the surface brightness of the writing board.

A paint adhesion test is performed to verify paint peeling and low adhesion.

A friction test is used to verify the wear and writing resistance of the green board and blackboard surfaces.

A white grid test is used to verify paint adhesion. A 1mm grid is drawn on the writing board and taped securely. The paint remains intact after the tape is removed.

A high-temperature test is used to verify the writing and erasing properties of the whiteboard. A whiteboard is written on and placed in an oven at 45°C for 72 hours. The writing remains erasable.

A bending test is used to verify the bending properties of the paint. A metal plate is folded in half twice using a bending machine. Tape is applied to the bends to ensure the paint does not fall off.
